Ghost updates new Tracker

So on new tracker I had eligibility complete and background complete, but on call they said still processing .. these guys are weird.. no 2 systems have same statuses

Yes unfortunately. You need to check two systems and put the information together to get an accurate picture. You need to check the new immigration tracker and GCKey. The fields that are updated to show complete, received, processed, or passed will indicate the current status. IRCC needs to fix the system, so that the two reporting systems are synchronized. Until they do, we need to confirm in both systems for the latest information. When you call in, they sometimes do not give you the entire picture. People being people, some are lazier than others and some are more observant than others.

I think if the tracker says it’s complete then it’s pretty accurate so it’s just a matter of time before you get approved

I got GU yesterday and today but no real update been 18 months already no update since july 2021
