Yeah I know right? I was surprised that they sent the AOR so quick. They sent me another letter (email) which contained reminders for medical exam and right of permanent residence fee (which I already paid while submitting the application), and I am confused as to what that letter actually means.
Same for me but I am unable find/track my application using the PR tracker. How about you?
If IRCC can send AOR for inland application just within a week why outland application should wait for almost 4 month??? I dont see any logic to keep hold outland application so long time without processing. It was better in past at least they used to send AOR around 2 month.
I applied online Inland and just received the AOR. I was able to link my application in GCKey but was unable to register for the new PR tracker for some reason.
When checking the details of my application status via the GCKey it says that I do not need a medical exam or biometrics. Is that normal or will IRCC send the request later? PA is American.

Yes it should be the other way around as the inland applicants are together at least!
I am having the same issue with the PR tracker. I am currently able to link my application on GCKey website but I still can't register on the new PR tracker website. I am getting the following error.
"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on your application. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your application is not in our system yet."
Any luck yet?
