Yes, that means they have started processing the application further. They do eligibility checks for both the sponsor and the applicant.

It's been three weeks (almost) since I got the eCOPR but the photo is still under "review". :rolleyes:

I need to permanently import the car soon, but I wonder if later down the line if I go into the US with my car as a visitor, would they have issues with car not being exported from the US (or would they even know that this car was permanently imported in Canada without being exported from the US) ?

So you did not do any of US export procedures?

Yeah PR photo for me has been in review as well. Been a week since they sent me the eCOPR. I wonder how long it would take them to approve the photo and send the PR card.

The new UI is not even letting me login. It shows the loading page and then takes me back to the login page :/

You can't update the application. You need to submit a new one. You don't have to pay again, you can just upload the receipt from the first one. And upload the reason why you're submitting a new application. I didn't have to resubmit but I saw this video, , which shows you how to resubmit.
