Hi I wish someone can help me on this question. I live with my partner since 2015 Jan. Before we met, she was in two marriages, for second marriage, she was married on 2010 Jan and separated with her ex since 2013 and divoced on 2016 Apr.

For question9, should I only list her most recent marriage 2010 Jan - 2016 Apr?
For question8, date on which you were married or entered into the common-law relationship should I list 2015 Jan or 2016 Apr?

Thank you in advance!

-Must list both marriages (and divorces). If needed, explain on separate piece of paper.
-Instructions are unclear on this - but since you are well over five years together won't matter much. I personally would put from date you first moved in together (Jan 2015) and explain that this is the date you started living together. Note, by IRCC instructions (variously interpreted) you might put Jan 2016 as one year anniversary of date you began living together. April 2016 is not relevant (under common law/divorce/separation provisions there's no contradiction that you were living together before your spouse was legally divorced),.

Very useful, thank you!
