WES DEGREE EQUIVALENCY

Hello every one, I hope everyone doing great. I have just one question that I have done bachelors in cardiovascular technology so from where I can have my degree equivalency report for canada.
Is it WES through which I get degree equivalency as it cardiovascular is related to medical field.

You can try through WES, if not a medical degree and your NOC is not for a physician. Can’t tell you equivalency because it depends on country and school so you will find out when you submit documents.

Thanks for your reply. I went onto wes website and checked it over there by selecting institute name and degree name unfortunately degree name was not there but institute name was there and my institute only deals with medical fields so i recon wes does medical degree equivalency foo

What is your NOC? You can try IQAS.

I dont know about noc but I just want to get my degree equivalency of bachelors in cardiovascular technology and this is where I am confused

What is your job now? Are you a physician? If not, look at IQAS.

Just finished degree 2 months back and looking for job but i will be working as cardiac technician who deals with heart disease

So you have no skilled work experience? You need at least a year, continious. Don’t know if you will be even eligible for Express Entry with 67 points. What is your tentative eligibility score…is it over 67?

But I am not going for express entry, I just want to have degree equivalency so I can claim point for bachelors.

So why do you need ECA then? You are posting under the Express Entry section.

Because I will be applying for EE in future thats why I am taking small steps now

So my question is still relevant. If you have only a bachelors, are you eligible for Express Entry with at least 67 points? You should know that now and if not, figure out how to increase your score. EE most likely is going to change within the next year.

Its a two year diploma but well paid equivalent to Finance and IT Degrees.

What does this have to do with this topic? OP has completed a degree in cardio tech and wants ECA for degree.
