What does this have to do with this topic? OP has completed a degree in cardio tech and wants ECA for degree.

So he did a three or 4 year degree and will get Canadian equivalency to a two year diploma? OP if that is the case, you will not be eligible for Express Entry with a 2 year diploma. @furrukhrao do you options for OP to get degree equivalency and what ECA to use?

This happened with me as well. 3/4 year degree is 2 year diploma.

I would recommend you to use WES and apply for this program for Immigration.
