Application submitted 17 September
Biometric given 19 September
Biometric completed status 12 October
Review says we're reviewing your eligibility whether you meet the criteria.
I'm a permanent government employee in Pakistan for 6 years.
I have invitation letter from my Canadian citizen friend.
Any expectations?

Yes. She only applied a month ago…processing can take many months. Her chances are low since you are PR. She needs a strong profile - funds, ties to home country, travel history - to show she is just coming to visit and not move permanently.

I already got a refusal. I don't understand, why did they create a special category for spousal if they are refusing those profiles??? Just to make money??? How can we prove our strong ties with 2mb additional document file? Shen I compress my pdf, all the quality is lost

What special category? Have you applied for sponsorship? Strong ties are a job offer letter with approved leave, her business if she has one, rental properties etc. How many files do you have to prove ties?
