I haven't received any update since test completed in 3rd May 2022.. almost 6 months now

Congratulations. In person is the best. You will get the certificate at the moment. I hope mine to be in person too. How did you know that it's in person ?

The passport depends on travelling conditions. If you will travel after 2 days, you will get it the following day. in 45 days, you cn get it in 2 weeks.

+ how long do IRCC takes to decide and respond to urgent app requests?

I am happy for others. I hope that you and everyone else waiting for citizenship should get the whole process completed quickly without delay. Your situation is similar to mine. The difference is that your security part is in progress where in my case the criminality part is in progress.
