I don't know what PR Tracker drop down option you are talking about. I don't see any dropdown. Are you in the correct page?
Is that the link you are using? https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/forgot (and select Principal Applicant or Sponsor)

Also pay attention if there's no empty spaces when copying your UCI and application number (not account number as you said).

Yeah i reached the same page as the link you shared. when i enter my application number there and uci number i get this message : incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.
I have never used a representative so i dont know what this means. i dont know what to do.

You went to the forgot password one, not the create account one, correct? they look very similar but since you were already registered before, you need to go to the forgot password one.
Someone else said that you need to remove the dashes from the UCI number. Did you try that?
If nothing works, maybe wait a few days, since the system is new they may have being having some troubles.

Have you tried to enter the UCI without the dash symbol -? For me it didn't work with the -, only without.

It might be a glitch, since everywhere else on their website the UCI is explicitly indicated with the dash.

ok it worked! thanks. Strange thing though - this morning it said my citizenship ceremony is on the 21st of november and my file was updated on 12 october. Now it is back to not started. Should i call ircc?

Hello, I did the password reset thing today. It now says they are waiting on me for additional information. But I have not received any email from them and the tracker at bottom of page does not ask for additional info.

is this a glitch in the new system ? Is anyone else on this boat ?

Update: I called IRCC and they told me they could not see any correspondence. They asked me to ignore this message.

I missed my citizenship test once and after waiting for couple of months, i got second invitation and passed the test on Sept 5.
Test complete was not updated ion my online application tracker for a month and today when i checked with ecas, it says Decision made.
But everything in my application tracker is in progress except for Test and BAckground check.

Hi friends so I have completed my test 2 weeks ago and after 2 days the status was updated to "Completed" however I have just received an email from ircc asking scanned copies of my ID, passport and travelling docs.
Any idea when do they usually ask for such things? And when too expect the oath ceremony?

The immigration office I live closest to is Markham, ON. I have no evidence that my file has been moved -or will be moved- from Sydney, NS to there, but I suspect it will happen anyway.

I wonder if the ghost update has anything to do with the system update on the immigration tracker website, or whether it's something more exciting than that...

Update: After some digging I found out that the 3 letter code SCR hidden in the email address I got the test invite from, means my file is in Scarborough. Markham doesn't even have an immigration office, lol. My bad.

It also looks like everyone had a ghost update (and some people had some weird other things happen to their updates) due to the new online system. I guess it makes sense. Hoping for a real update in the next few months!

Took my Test on 20th August. Didn't checked my application online for the last 3 weeks and just yesterday when i logged in saw "Appear for Interview" on 17th October. A bit worried as Interview calls mostly mean they have doubts and want clarifications. Is there anyone else who has received Interview invite?

Exactly same question here but my ghost update was on October 7th, wondering if it is because the system updates or an updates in my application.. however, seeing you saying your updates was on October 8th not 7th
