Applying for Passport without Guarantor looking for guidance please

Hello! I am an applicant from Montreal! looking for some help to Apply for passport without a Guarantor

1. in the website under section- If you can’t find a guarantor it says -find someone who can administer an oath to swear to and sign the form- please help. understand what does it mean? Do I need someone ( 3 options in no 2 below) on the day of Oath My Oath is scheduled on November 8th

2. If you’re in Canada I have 3 options below to administer my oath. Is there anyone in this group has used any of these options ? Please kindly share experience. please kindly mention in which city did you use the service

• notary public
• justice of the peace
• commissioner for oaths

3. Since I am submitting my application without gurantor I need to fill out Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor form PPTC 132 needs 2 reference signature. if I sign this form do I need new set of reference to fill out the The actual passport form as well ? Therefore do I need 4 reference in total of only 2 reference for PPTC form is enough. kindly please someone advice

4. The person who will administer from the 3 options above, and who will administer my oth will sign under Gurantor section in the actual passport aplication form or will sign under the reference section in the PPTC 132 form ?

Search the forum. There's a pretty long thread, quite recent, about someone who did not have a guarantor. Check Pg 2 / 3 and you should be able to find it.
