Dual citizen traveling from Canada to Pakistan and back

Did you travel to Pakistan with the both passports, did you have any issues with immigration? I have the same issue with me, and I'm traveling to Pak next week. Could you help me out if there are any formalities. Thanks in advance

so whats the verdict here. If i have both pakistani passport and canadian passport and no nicop - what should i do?

does immigration In Pakistan stamp my pakistani passport on arrival and stamp canadian on the way back?

I've heard that leads to issues when you goto US. They ask why an entry stamp is missing on Canadian passport?

Ideally I want to avoid having a stamp from Pakistan immigration on Canadian passport. What should i do?

There should be no problem. You enter Pakistan on Pakistani passport and enter Canada on Canadian passport.

Why will US immigration care whether you have an entry stamp on your passport from Canada or not?

Besides under new passport machines your passport isn't even stamped. It's just scanned I believe.

But in any case, why would US immigration be concerned about entry or exit stamps? The US itself doesn't stamp exits IIRC.

Can a dual national visit Pakistan on Pakistani Passport and exit on Canadian Passport ?

yes, it happens all the time.

Not everyone has a NICOP.
