Please, is this status for all possible? Or is it something,propaganda that will be an issue that is never approved? If fixable,how soon can the government make it a reality?

I don't believe this is backed by a major party right now. So I would not assume it is fully possible and pursue the paths available to get PR.
A policy of status for all will never happen because that would create a huge draw to Canada. There are some attempts to regularized status of some of the longterm illegal immigrants that have been a benefit to Canada. I don’t believe that everyone living in Canada illegally will likely qualify. Likely be a targeted program like it the one for asylum seekers working in healthcare. The program will likely target people who are working in industries that have labour shortages.
And is it politically feasible ?
I’ve already called my MP just to give them a heads up, they go down this path, they’ve lost my vote , permanently. Pretty sure other voters feel the same .

Sean Fraser says he was given a mandate by the PM to try to regularized status of those illegally in Canada. Assume not all people will qualify. He said in a resent press conference that it is a complex matter so it will take time to figure out what the policy will be.
