So weird, I had my oath date scheduled for Nov 1st and now there is another update I received today for another oath date on Oct 15th. So, have two oath dates on tracker now !

My oath was originally scheduled for Nov 1. Today there was an update on the dashboard and it's scheduled for Oct 26. However both statuses still appear on the dashboard. Should I just wait for the email from the office?

lol they either sleep over the application for months or they overdo it by giving 2 oath dates haha

I have called several times ( Same standard reply of 26 mths from the date of application). Sent Webforms twice but no response yet.
I gave my test on May 28 th 2022 and it updated on 31st May . I have been waiting for oath invite past 4 months and still no sign.
Anyone had got response from IRCC when contacted? Very desperate !

Almost 5 months waiting since Decision Made. Lots of webforms sent. I have received two e-mails back: "We verified the information you provided and can confirm that a decision has been made. You will be contacted by mail or email about the decision on your citizenship application" and "We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application to become a Canadian citizen (grant of citizenship) is in the finalization process."

Looks like you also got arbitrarily picked by IRCC to wait longer for some unknown reason.

Congratulations!!! was that urgent processing? How long did you have to wait to get your passport? Have you provided any proof of imminent travel?

Speaking of overdoing it, they were sleeping on my application for too long after DM, but when I finally got the oath email, I received 3 copies of the same email in under an hour

Normal processing
10 business days.. opted for in person pickup for which they charged us 20$/person extra. They will not charge extra if they send the passports by registered mail which will be an additional 5 business days
walk in application, Passport Canada, North York, ON
We did have Air Tickets, which we were asked about it if we had travel plans within the next 45 business days, when we were in the queue before entering the room.. They did not ask us to show it though..

Hi I have a question on the virtual oath ceremony. Does one need to create a zoom account before clicking on the ceremony zoom link? Does one need to install zoom apps or software on the device before starting the zoom meeting? Appreciate if someone can reply.

Better to install zoom app on computer
No need to create an account though

Three webforms, two e-mails to West Citizenship, and my MP contacted them at least once.
