Express Entry: Unable to update, withdraw or delete from the pool.

Help please. I am asking for a relative as question raised on IRCC Web Form came back with generic response. We do appreciate all input.

In July 2022, my relative has 450 CRS points in the CRS Express Entry pool.

August 2022, he received a higher score for IELTS plus working full time for the same employer in Brazil. He tried to update his CEC profile to include new IELTS score & working full time. After pressing the enter key, the system spun around for about 1 minute, then a new message showed "This is an automated alert you are no longer qualified for Express Entry pool."

There is only one button "Check full application..." There is no button to update, delete or withdraw.

He tried to create a new profile under the same name without any luck. Again, there is no button to update, withdraw, delete.

Asking IRCC webform to help removing the existing profiles that we created today but got no help at all.

You cannot delete or edit an ineligible profile. Is he elgible? You say CEC so he would have a year of Canadian skilled experience? ECA - valid? Did he have a birthday?

Oops... It is Express Entry not CEC. Yes. He is eligible for Express Entry. His IELTS score is 9, ECA is valid, he is 33 y.o.

So he has 67 points. He must be filling in something wrong.
