I haven't heard anything about this draw being skipped. Lately the results have been released between 1pm and 3pm Eastern Time, so settle in for a few more hours of waiting haha.
Got an OINP from a tech draw, hopefully, they do a No program-specific one today though. I'd rather apply through that lol
Who knows. Either way, I'll be padding 2 more weeks' worth of "Canadian exp" before I accept the invite just so I have some leeway so I don't mind

Lowest score for OINP that I observed was 496 which anyways I guess should be covered in next 2 draws.
