Order GCMS notes. Family ties are spouse and children. If you are single then you can’t really prove family ties.

As for purpose of visit, then you need to prove you aren’t going to stay in Canada. Who are you visiting may be an issue? You then need to your own funds, travel history, strong professional ties to country (job letter with approved leave, business dealing, properties to maintain etc.).

Based on OP's previous post she was going to visit her fiancé in Canada and that may be a contributing factor behind the refusal. Visa officer may think there is strong motivation to stay back in Canada.

what was your stated reason for travel? how long did you request to stay? Did you specify that your fiancé was in Canada? If you didn’t did you say you were visiting a friend who happens to be a man? In cultures Where it would be very unusual for members of the opposite sex to hang out together (unless they were family) and if the applicant is in their 20s or early 30s it is assumed that they are likely visiting a significant other and that they are trying to do inland sponsorship. Are you currently working? Did you give proof of leave?

Ah...if an invitation letter from fiancé mentioned that they are engaged and want to marry then TRV approval will be very difficult.

What did the invitation letter say? Did it mention engagement/fiance?

You are taking care of your mother in India? If so, include doctor’s reports and written statement from the person who is caring for her while you are gone. Given that you are over 22 (assume) and single, family ties are not strong despite caring for your mother. If your father and brother are not in India then you only have your mother.

So then IRCC knows you are engaged and that is an issue. Even if you don’t want to get married now, you have said fiance so IRCC will wonder if you will marry when you enter Canada and then not leave. You can’t take back the letter when reapplying because it is on your file. You said taking leave for 20 days but coming to Canada for 10.

Your only immediate family are your spouse, children and parents. Extended family are siblings. You said your brother and father don’t live in India so your only family member is your mother.

yeah my leave is for from 18th dec - 7 jan . i am coming to Canada from 22nd to 3 Jan only . i have family commitments to see also. they have made easy for PR people who can invite the person with whom they are exclusive relationship from 1 year even their dependent family members can come also. but not for genuine cases who just want to spend 10 days together just. insane

How have they made it easy for people with PR who would be genuine cases too? There is no guarantee that families of PR will get approval. Many aren’t approved.

Why don’t you consider meeting in another country where you can both go? You are coming over the holidays so he must have some days off. If you haven’t seen him in three years, IRCC will wonder why he hasn’t come to visit you, and wonder if your relationship is genuine.

we have met only for 10 days when we got engaged . in India marriages are big deal. a lot of ceremonies and rituals are to be done . so it was not possible for us to get married. he cant visit because he has started new job he cant travel right now

Unfortunately a lot of people do such setups where they're claiming a fiance/fiancee, spouse, etc wanting to meet for a few days as they're in a relationship, and will go back. Just today a girl on Facebook posted in a group that her 'spouse' ran away with his luggage and belongings just 10 days after coming to Canada on Spousal Open Work Permit. IRCC considers spouse, fiance, as one of the strongest ties, which in turn makes them think the person would not go back. Your case can be genuine, but unfortunately the history (and present) dictates them to act differently. Many people have traveled to other countries since the Covid restrictions eased in summer of 2021, so he would have to have a real good reason to not visit you there. For IRCC, and for anyone in general, is easy to think that the fiancee would land in Canada on visitor visa, and where marriages are falsified for immigration, divorces are staged after landing here, fiance is a very casual relationship and can be called off at any time.

Ah…so you have spent no time together (that was 3 years ago) but were invited as a fiancé to come visit Canada. Consider meeting him in another country. You have had the last year to do so with an easing of travel restrictions.
