Hi respected team
I got a reply from portal
The want optional documents
Schedule 1
Application for temporary resident visa made outside Canada
(IMM 5257)which is I already submitted before they want again
But I am facing problem how to upload again
Here is showing

Not provided
Required by
13 October
But after that upload option is not showing I don’t not know how to add it to our profile

send it through webform.... there are plenty of applicants who are facing the same issue but no one knows, is it a technical glitch or normal? interestingly i can see a lot of members are reading my thread on the same issue but no one is commenting on it ... i had already sent that form through web form on Sep 14 but still nothing changed/updated and everyday required by date is going forward

That’s mean it’s a normal everyone facing same issue

i don't think so its a normal situation because on the same page at top, there's written that if you missed the deadline to provide the requested document then they will take decision on the basis of provided documents so when the date wouldn't stop and will going forward every day then how they will take the decision? Required by date must be stopped...it seems a technical glitch

Check the status tomorrow and u will find a new date (Oct 14, 2022)

What mail you got ? asking you to upload the imm5257 document ? If yes please use webform and upload immediately. Most of us have got the soft update for client information submission but no mail or message.

I check my self
After that again I send that application form
When I send it I got email we will update you in. 28 days

Email to whom? On which email address you sent form? Did u get any email too that they need additional documents

How did you able to upload the form on portal?
Initially you said no option available on portal to upload the form so that I replied to send it through webform?

when I upload application form in portal after that I got email your application send to visa officer
And that email mention you will wait 28 days

I am also curious to know ! How did you upload the document without upload link ? Also did you get the request only for IMM5257 or also for the Client Information ?
