Yes same thing happened to me too. My application was refused on 15the sept, with it I received a second BVl dated 15th sept. I had received on 13th sept as well when my eligibility review had started .

I did a webform inquiring about the lack of the refusal letter and requested GCMS notes. I suggest you do the same. Regardless, we should always receive a correspondence with the decision.

Hi Everyone,

I would like to update on my spouse visitor visa application status :

Application submitted on 11july
Biometrics done on 16th July
Eligibility review started on 12th Sep
BVL on 14th sep
Passport request on 14th sep

For your spouse visitor visa - what kind of proof did your spouse show that they will return back to the home country after visiting you? As this is a major point of proof that you have to show.

I honestly don’t expect a response until 30 days or so. I just did the webform last week.

My husband applied supervisa for his parents in the last week of July, they got their biometric done on 8th August. But they have not received medical yet. I was told normally medical request comes within 10 days after the biometric. Is any one in the same stage as us?

Same boat. I applied Super visa for my in-laws in June, and biometrics did on July 1st week, waiting for medicals ever since.

I actually have an application for my spouse submitted same day (july 11), but haven't had any update since.

Hi All,
I have submitted visitor visa application July 11th
Biometrics submitted July 12th
still showing in progress for me( 'we are processing your background check'). I have applied from Egypt and at the time of submission the processing tool said that time is 97 days however it has now reached 412 days can anyone shed some light as to which number is more applicable to my case?
also did anyone also submit from Egypt around the same time how is it going for you ?

If you’re saying July 2021, then you need to reapply under the new portal. It’s been mentioned here and by IRCC that all applications prior to Sept 07, 2021 need to be reapplied.
