Plumber & Locksmith

Hi all, my friend and his family want to come to Canada. He is a qualified plumber and has started a locksmith business.
I've tried to work out if there is any way that he (and his wife & kids) can get to Alberta, but don't understand it !!
I sponsored my fiancé under family class so all this NOC stuff doesn't make sense. I found the AINP website but I think that was for 2010...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Not likely to help the OP, since a company would easily hire a Canadian citizen or PR. Can't imagine the employer would go through the LMIA process.
