Test invite: September 16th. They said the Test will be open today (September 19th)

Also, are we still getting RQ requests in 2022? My province of employment (BC) is different than my province of residence (AB) as my plan was to work temporarily in BC and move back to my province AB of residence where I have been most of my time in Canada. So, I kept AB as my address as I had plans to come back permanently. But now as i got an even better job in BC so I am planning to change my permanent residential address to BC. I know that it will result in transfer of my files to BC local office.

But, if anyone knows if this can be an issue or if it will result in RQ?

Good performance. My BG completed on September 16th as well but only updated today. Haven’t received the test invite yet. Seems Edmonton office is really slow. The slowest office in the entire nation.

I see that in this group and other groups based on other people responses. My friends who applied online (Dec and Jan) also got test invite now.
Based on that I inferred that online applications are moving, albeit a bit slow.

Still waiting for that test invite email with information and instructions, but website has been updated though. Hopefully the email will land soon!

Hey do you mind me asking what the test was like? How specific do the questions get, especially with history dates and years?

There is a rare chance of dates and years coming in the test. But the question can be like, "What event happened in 1812?" You don't have to memorize the dates but should make an index of important event tagged with year it happened in, at least.

Congrats!! You should get the email 2 days before your test at the latest.
