You can but you must still address reasons for refusal. you need to show your own funds, ties to home country, travel history. There is no such thing as sponsorship for a TRV. Fiancé can write a letter of invitation.

first of all when did you applied ? do you have US visa or close relative like bro sis moth fath son etc? if not then she cannot apply through new portal. your fiance is not your husband yet that u qualify for new portal as far as i think.

So you want to include a your job letter with approved leave from your company. If your mother needs care, then include her medical reports that state you must take care of her. Include who will be caring for her while you are away. Just living with your mother is not a tie.
