How can we find out what office is processing our application? Is it always the office in the location of residency? I applied from Calgary in Nov and got my AOR on Feb 8th. Is Calgary the office processing my app?
Also is this where you check the status of your application? Sign in to your status tracker (cic.gc.ca)

IRCC.WestCitizenshipEApp-EappOUESTCitoyennete.IRCC@cic.gc.ca looks like it is only meant for tests , I am not sure if I can reply to it for any other questions .
Not sure how others are came to know about their processing office but looks like for west coast there is only one processing office - Vancouver.
Online applicants are receiving test invites from different email addresses, so it is hard to tell which is your local office from that. The only way to find out will be calling IRCC or requesting ATIP/GCMS notes.
Yes, the one i signed and sent had the Queen on it. And no issues as they just marked today my ecas profile as closed so all done on their side. They say that the signed form is of no use after the certificate is issued, so probably because of that they don't mind to leave the queen in it.
Anybody else has the "waiting on you" message with "Send us additional information" stuck? I sent the info request (address confirmation) like 2 months on the same day that they requested it, called IRCC and checked if it was received and they said yes, I took my citizenship test and it completed on the portal last week, but that "Waiting on you" is still there.
And Vancouver or any other office cannot beat Montreal as we have elections along with Ski season. IRCC montreal too busy to look at us.Montréal : tf no ! I'm the slowest
