Hello, I passed my test on April 21. Results were updated on April 25. So about 5 months? My spouse had also passed his test on the same date as me but his status went to decision made on May 26. Not sure why mine was on hold for so long.

Hello All,
Was just going through the Tracker. It seems like half of us are not there. Can't blame the admin as the data is soo huge to keep tracking. I think it would help if we can keep our Signatures up to date with our timelines, which in return will help others to keep their hopes high
.

Yesterday my family and I attended to the Oath Ceremony. I wanted to share some details with all of you, as i had some doubts before the ceremony.
You need to have with yourself a black color pen, a notebook or empty paper, your PR cards and any canadian ID as driver license or health card. And also printed the form from last page of the invitation letter.
If you are applying along with your family, i suggest you get an external USB webcam, as they need to see each one's face, ask questions to each one and see the IDs and PRs. So you don't have to move your computer.
As soon as you enter to the zoom meeting, in the field that asks your name, you should write your seat number from invitation letter. for family applications, you can put "Seats #xx - yy" or "#xx,yy,zz" if not sequential. For families it should be sequential.
Once in the zoom, you will get accommodated in a break room with an IRCC CLerk that is the one will see each one's face, will ask questions and will verify each one's document ID. He/She will ask you to write down his/her name in any paper.
Once done, you will return to the main room and wait along with all other applicants for the judge.
You literally don't need to know the oath in advance. the judge will say slow and easy line by line, and you just need to repeat. The whole room will do this at the same time.
Similar process is for the national anthem. the whole group need to sing it at the same time, and it is indeed the bilingual version, 2 lines in english and 2 lines in french.
At the very end, all cams will be disconnected and only the judge will remain on screen, and you have only 30-40 seconds to take your selfie with him/her.
As soon as the ceremony ends, you need to sign the oath form, scan it and send it to the same email that send the invitation to you. In case of a family, one email with all pdfs together, one per family member. Include the clerks name at the end of the email subject.
And that's it! after that just to wait 2-4 weeks for the certificate.

Did the oath form that you signed have the Queen on it ?
I have my oath ceremony next week and I got the oath letter and the form with the name of Queen Elizabeth II on them both and I don't know if I should contact them to send me the updated oath and form.
I don't know if it makes sense to do the spoken Oath (King charles version) and sign a paper oath (Queen Elizabeth version) ?
Buddy we're both in Vancouver. We'll be waiting for a while. Hiking season is wrapping up, ski season is about to begin. IRCC officers are going to be busy with that now

How can we find out what office is processing our application? Is it always the office in the location of residency? I applied from Calgary in Nov and got my AOR on Feb 8th. Is Calgary the office processing my app?
