Just received an email from CIC today with a pdf regarding IMM 5669 and IMM 5406.


This letter refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada under the Protected Persons class.
In order to avoid delays in processing, you must provide the below documents if you have not already included it in the original submission and/or if there are any updates to the information that was provided by you previously:

Schedule A: Background Declaration (IMM 5669)


Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)

My question is I have already submitted these forms when I was applying earlier, do I need to send them again?

Secondly in this pdf my application number has changed and now it starts with G so I was able to link my application on my CIC account and it says there my medical was passed on Aug 25 2022 which Never did around these dates neither received any request for medical.
Did someone else see or noticed something like this in their application?

It means they started processing ur file

Anyway, fill out those forms again and update your personal history with no gabs till today!

regarding the medical test I’m not sure to be honest

I am trying to send them these forms again through my cic account but it is not letting my upload documents. Should I send them through web forms?

Hi Friends,

I got my GMCS Notes today. As reference I am a August 4th 2021 applicant.

My application started on 02/21/2022 since them I have not receive any update .

On my notes I saw that I passed medical, criminality , biometrics.

My Eligibility has not start yet because " Info Sharing" is still in process.

Also, my office is CPC Mississauga

I did not receive much information just that!

I guess officer was on vacation after March 4, 2022... took 6months to move from pre arrival to Approval

Well, From August 2021 and March 2022 seven months , when I applied to when I received prearrival letter, it is super fast . I cannot imagine I would receive my pr within 8 months. Hope I will receive my invitation to portal soon anyway

Wow new record if it happens the fastest i have seen was 9 to 10 months i guess

No it did not happen, it is 12 months since my application was approved, so no new record.

Yeah I am from Ukraine, just want I wanna say, they started my application right on day of Russian invasion, they knew what was going to happen. I do not believe in coincidences. When they want they can work fast.

Claimed refugee sep 2019, exactly 36 month for me and 8 of my friend it was 35 to 36 month between claiming refugee and getting pr approved, i know its on diffrent agencies but to me it semms like a pattern or maybe a very wierd coincidence!

Then how did you receive correspondance from IRCC. was it all by emails?
