Hello everyone,

I am applying for citizenship for my wife and 3 kids - a friend suggested applying for the kids separately so their process will go faster and not be linked to their mother process! any experience with this?

Possibly. If you are a citizen and they are your children, still minors (under 18), and they are PRs and currently in Canada, yes, it will probably be considerably faster for them to apply for citizenship on basis of being minor children of a citizen. Look up the rules or this thread:
