Unfortunately I can't get my notes. Requested them on May 2 and still not arrived. Filed a complaint with the OIC a month ago and still nothing. Very frustrated.

If you are able to apply again you should its been over a year for your App...the whole process is so frustrating and we are at their mercy

Got my ghost updates now 3 days in a row just like last week so far cant see changes...will see if my agent got anything later...
I feel like crying I just wanna get on with my life already.
