You will see it if you paid for a gcms notes.
or if you got a request of updated documents, then at the bottom of the letter is the officer’s initial.
These are the only way to know who’s your officer.

Hi ProudNanny, Congrats!! just like to ask if ure requesting GCMS Notes via ATIP? Are they back on their usual/normal processing times? I used it before but haven’t got any reply (issues with backlogs etc) so I just stopped requesting.. just wondering if there’s another way to obtain GCMS Notes again. Thanks!

Yup, via ATIP. It’s a different department of ircc, so I don’t think they are a priority for adding more agents to work in that area. The last gcms notes that I requested last December, has no reply. I just wasted $5

Ugh same. I even tried calling or email but no reply.. Eventually I did just let it go… That’s why I haven’t requested any new one… Anyway, thanks for ur reply! Congrats again, now u can finally look for a better job

Congrats!!! But it took them 3 years I applied September 2020. It looks like I have 1 more year of waiting time

Hi @Haert, any news on your application? I just got stuck after they requested the updated documents. I'm sure they will no longer ask for biometrics as ours are still valid until 2029. Waiting for medical request. As per gckey, they've already received the documents that I've sent them and background check is ongoing.

Received a request yesterday for the following:
- Additional Documents
- PCC
- Employment Offer
- Medical
I already had an upfront medical from my LMIA Application last April 2022.. do you think that would still be valid? or should I have a new one taken? I've been calling IRCC but I can't get through. My medical in LMIA (WP Application is Medical Passed already)
