Hello hope you all doing well I have some doubts that I want to clear. I visited Canada this year in July 2022 and exit date was August 2022 on multiple entry visitor visa. Now I am planning to visit again in December 2022 to visit family/friends during Christmas time and want to know will I face any problem on entry? Is this gap ok or I need to wait more.

Thank you

Nobody can guarantee 100% but if you are only visiting for Christmas and you have the funds to support you visit, ties to your home country (job, home, etc.) it should be fine.

Thanks for the reply. Ties as in they can ask for proof as in what form?
Is the gap of 3-4 months is okay to re visit ?

Proof of employment for example. There isn’t strict rules about length of interval between visits. Given that you are only staying for a short amount of time during your visits it will likely be fine.

I will be visiting for 20-25 days with a return ticket. Will I be granted a specific time limited entry or the usual 6 months ? Please guide me on this.

There are no set rules. Would suggest that your travel times coincide with the amount of leave you are granted from your employer. 25 days is a pretty long visit for Christmas if you have already spent a few weeks in Canada during the summer. How long was your visit in the summer and was this approved vacation?

Do you have any PTO left? I mean you have already spent 1 month in Canada.
Hi. I am running my own start up and not doing job under any employer. I can’t visit the country twice in few months while having multiple entry visa ?

It's up to the CBSA officer to let you in or not. Say you find a grumpy officer and he/she starts asking you to prove why visiting friends for another 25 days is more important than running your start up... You know what I mean?

Yep, you can travel anytime you want with your valid visa, just use it wisely or the CBSA will start thinking you lied about your ties.

Earlier I used to travel a lot around the world. I can show proof of my work, funds and a return ticket. Will that work to satisfy the officer ? What else can I do
