I will be visiting for 20-25 days with a return ticket. Will I be granted a specific time limited entry or the usual 6 months ? Please guide me on this.

Nothing is wrong, but due to large number of applications being processed even online applications will take time around one month. Have you given the biometrics? Which country/vfs have you applied from?

Hi. I applied through online application. Its been 2 weeks after My biometrics are done at Delhi (Vac). My biometrics number and validity is mentioned in my CiC account. But There is no decision or update after it.
