My wife is pregnant and her due date is by end of year.
So in my express entry i putted the family only 2 members (myself and her).
But if what If i receive an ITA and submitted my application THEN she gave birth, how can i add my child to my application or get him with us to Canada?

You will simply notify IRCC via webform after your child is born and complete some additional paperwork to add your child to the application.
