My birthday is on October. What if i received an ITA and within the upcoming 2 months when submitting my files, I was already older by 1 year, what happens in this case?

My wife is pregnant and her due date is by end of year. So in my express entry i putted the family only 2 members (myself and her). But if what If i receive an ITA and submitted my application THEN she gave birth, how can i add my child to my application or get him with us to Canada?
