Was "COPR ... will come back with the passport/visa" not sufficiently specific?so we get copr letter together with the stamped passport ?
Hey how can you find out this information, which months ppr they are currently processing?Hi,
My husband's application is moved to NDVO too. Sadly, NDVO is too slow and is currently issuing PPR to Sept and Oct 2021 applicants.
Going by the trend in Jan 2022 applications, paper based was little faster.Hello,
I am about to apply for my wife's sponsorship (outland) and I have a two questions.
1. For online application, should I use my own account or create an account for my wife? - prson right?
2. Between online and paper based, which one is faster?
Thank you!
For the MyCIC account, I would have one for your wife. That way she sees file updates and document requests as quick as possible. You will receive an email with attachment saying that your sponsorships is reviewed and approved.Hello,

What do you mean by "not looked at"? Do you mean no medical or biometric requests and no messages referring to your file being reviewed in any way when you log into myCIC? If there is no activity in MyCIC I would use the web form to enquire as to your status. If you have not received a reply through email with the attachment saying your sponsorship is approved, I would send a web form as the sponsor using your sponsor UIC asking for an update. My file still hasn’t been looked at from 3rd January… also notice the Outland application processing time is now two years
We are still for the first AOR… IRCC are saying Octobers visa are still being worked on and we’re a couple of months away. What do you mean by "not looked at"? Have faith, some of the ones from January are sporadically getting worked on.We are still for the first AOR… IRCC are saying Octobers visa are still being worked on and we’re a couple of months away.
You just need to update IRCC of your new addresses. For moving to a new country, they may request PCC for PA. And if you moved back to Canada, then you need to update them so that the "intend to relocate back to Canada" is very strong. (Since you've already moved).Hi,
What happens if we start an online outland application with both of us living abroad, in UK, but then 8/10 months after submitting the application I move to Canada and my wife moves to Italy (assuming she didn't get PR yet) while we wait for her PR?
Would the process get delayed / is there risk that the application would be refused and we would have to restart?
Similarly, what happens if I renew my passport 8/10 months after submitting the application?
