Yes. I am still waiting. Moreover, my last call to IRCC on Monday, I was told that everything has been passed. No RFV still nowI can't believe you are still waiting . Hopefully soon.

I'm running my own IT business. Didn't have to go through that struggle fortunately.I believe you said you were IT? How's the job hunt going?
Thanks mate.Congrats on the PPR. It usually depends on the busyness of the office, but it shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks to be sent out from Ottawa, track with your application number from VFS. Hoping it comes soonest
I was also trying to remember his name. I think reading his posts will really help you @littlestar19.It is acceptable but be ready to be highly scrutinized, as the onus of proof is on you. Many people have gamed the system by family businesses so they are on high alert, provide your pay slips, bank statements showing stated income going in, preferably contact info of clients that interacted with you personally. There was a forum member that recently received his PPR but with a lot more hoops to jump. Go back a few months back and check his case. @wonderbly was helping him...
If you are not claiming points for your current job, IRCC doesn't care what job it is or who you work for. You only have to provide proof for the work experience you are claiming points for. You need to mention your current job or whatever you are currently doing in the Personal History part, and on a Schedule A form (if you are required to submit one)I am not claiming points but yes I am getting salary in the same bank account ( same in which I was getting previous company salary and also the one for my proof of funds! ) How to move ahead ? What should I do ?
Also, as far as I know, if I ll get an ITA, I ll have to mention even my current experience in the personal history section and the proprietor is my father only. I know that would become quite obvious ( only if they would pay any attention to this experience). So, the only question is would it be of any matter to them?
No, its hard being pre-ITA after seeing all those mass invitations issued left and right in the last two years compared to these crumbs we are having right now. It's hard being pre-ITA when some folks are already on PPR

They have insulted the term Federal High Skilled in so many levels it makes you angry beyond comprehension. Also, for me at least, becoming a die hard Conservative the moment I will set foot there.
Dont worry, upon your landing in Canada, girls will swarm you due to your HUGE CRS score. It's hard being pre-ITA when some folks are already on PPR
You can come back to USA via AVR rule.Folks who did soft landing from US to Canada via Land, would you be allowed to stay for couple of days in Canada to apply for SIN and come back to US? Also, can we return to Canada via road from US permanently later (in a month) without PR card or PRTD?
Feel like a big hilllllllIt's hard being pre-ITA when some folks are already on PPR
Hi, i believe you might find your answer here:Hello good people,
I have a question, is the tourist/visitor visa to TR still a thing? Let's say I go there to visit a friend, and I find a job, can I apply/switch to TR?
I received two different info, one person told me this pathway is valid till February 2023, and another said it's valid till Dec 2023. of course the source of their info is "trust me bro"
Since my application is "dead" in the best VO ever (Montreal) I'm trying to think of other alternatives.
Wait.. This is scaring me!!! I am going to be claiming points for my one year work experience from 2015 to 2016. I worked after that too but it was mostly NOC C jobs as I was doing my masters in Netherlands.Did you claim points for this job? Looks like you did. I think asking for pay slips is quite unusual with the reason provided as "proof of funds". My speculation is there is some inconsistency in your application and visa officer has doubts whether that was a real job or you faked it and he is trying to get alternate proof. Good thing is that he has not issued a procedural fairness letter so I guess he is not sure. Is it big company? Or is it family business kind of thing?
But why did you even claim points for something 8 years ago. The points max out at 3 years. Always a good idea to just use past 3 years for experience for precisely the same reason .. you may not have enough documents for ADR for older jobs.
If you don't have salary slips .. do you have older income tax filings and TDS slips from the job? Like T4 in Canada / Form 16 in India? If not, you need to write a LOE and keep it short and to the point and not write a life essay which gives more doubt to the officer.
