they take 28 days to update document sent by web form... but why they didnt ask for extra document need by IRCC PORTAL as they gave option that they can ask for extra document. its not big deal. i don know why they give refusal.
i think they want to make more money because they refused it just for minor reason and they will not return application fee now they know that person will reapply with new insurance document then they charge again for application fee.

2nd thing everyone who applied super visa they can easily pay full insurance for 1 year if they have to pay. and they can easily send new document to immigration. this thing IRCC already know wel. so there is another reason for refusal that is ... get more money

Yes, I have been using same number. Every time i call, auto message plays saying there are too many calls and then they hang up. It has been happening every day no matter what time I call.

Which number did you call?
How long does it take to withdraw application? I think withdrawing and re-applying is better solution.

Same thing happens with me.

I just checked and withdrawing application happens through webform as well or do you guys know of another way to withdraw and re-apply?

I think that’s the only way. It is mentioned in the confirmation letter, the way to withdraw.

Do you guys think it is better to withdraw and re-apply than get another refusal?
The problem is when you choose country specific webform, it will take the same time as the insurance documents. If we use the Canadian specific webform to withdraw then it might be quicker but no one knows the exact time frames.

I submitted medical insurance update using general webform on Friday, Officer responded today saying they have received the documents and have forwarded to the responsible office and also to contact Delhi office. So today i submitted again to the Delhi office.
so Canadian webforms do get responded quickly.
Also you mentioned how last time they asked you to reach to country specific. In that case dis they say that have forwarded to the responsible officer or not?
