I received 4 ghost updates, nothing on tracker, received fingerprints and submitted.
but didn’t get test invite. is it normal? I have seen getting test invite and fingerprints together

From what I can see from the cases, there is no "normal" or set sequence or timelines of how things progress. The only thing predictable is the sequence of AOR, followed by test, then DM and then oath.

There is no sequence for the other steps. Also some people may have additional steps such as ghost updates (one or more), fingerprints (which may be asked multiple times), interview, passport copy request, RQ etc.

Has anyone who submitted FPs late June or July got their status updated on the CIC website? I'm wondering how long it takes them to update it after RCMP delivers it by mail.

after submitting fingerprints, I received ghost update next day which was August 4th but nothing changes in tracker.

I called them today agent said we don’t have any update and test will be send only once the background completed. Hoping for the best.

Do we need to reply back to the email that fingerprint submitted with proof or send a webform?

It’s a direct email for CPS notification, it’s mentioned in the email as well contact the email if there are any questions.

I am not sure as I haven’t received test invitation as of yet. It could be couple of days or a week to show it completed.

Yes, I did receive update on tracker for FP request and received.Email as well for Fp request on same day.
You just have to wait at least 2-3 weeks after you submit FP to get any update afterwards.

Thanks, I received email only nothing updated on the tracker except some ghost updates.

did you send any webform or replied to their email that you submitted the fingerprints?

I called them to let them know that I submitted fingerprints.
