Got Citizenship during spouse application is in process

I got my citizenship and spouse file is in process . How to notify CIC? Is webform enough?Also it has any affect on the processing of file?. My file is currently in NDVO.
Also, spouse has visitor visa and coming next week.

Congratulations. There's not really any need to notify CIC, it won't affect anything. But you can do so via webform (and I can undewrstand why you'd like to).

Note, don't expect much of a response, if any, beyond an acknolwedgement they received your info.

I think it's more important to update your spouse's address to your Canadian address after she arrives. Speically if she planned to stay for a while.
