I received the certificate today. Here's the timeline, in case anyone's interested:
May 27 - Oath Ceremony (Montreal office)
June 17 - Certificate Shipped
June 24 - Certificate Delivered

Call IRCC on this number 1-888-242-2100 and speak with the agent. It will take few tries to get through. If the certificate is shipped, tue date will be in your file and the agent can see that.

I talked to an agent today she said to me it has been printed but not yet shipped . I asked her how much time it might took to be shipped , i was shocked from the answer , she said maybe it will take six weeks . Really i was shock . It will take six week just for shipping ?

My oath was on 8th July (Montreal office) and still haven't received my certificate. I don't know if montreal office sucks or canada post.

I called them and they said that my certificate was mailed on 18th July. Either IRCC montreal office misplaced my certificate or canada post lost it.

me too i called IRCC help line last week and they said that my certificate was mailed on 18th July --and till today nothing ---btw my Oath was in May --
