Hi-- yes i got it on AUG 29 --and my oath was May 12---Did u call IRCC help line ? --and what about ur status on the Tracker--is it closed or complete or not yet ?

Hi--- may oath was May 12 MTL office --so after loong time--they closed the file on Jul 15 ---and today i got my Cert my mail-- so wait i think u will receive it next week-- - wish u all very good luck-

It is depend --from 2-4 weeks and some times even more than 4 weeks

me too i called IRCC help line last week and they said that my certificate was mailed on 18th July --and till today nothing ---btw my Oath was in May -- so pls let updated here for any good news--thx

Not yet from the cert .. but today the new tracker updated to -CLOSE- on date Jul 15 .. i called IRCC help line--they told me there is no update on my file for shipping the Cert ---

Today July 16 my ECAS change to COMPLETE --but TRAKER still show in Progress ( i think Mon day will change to CLOSE -- Yesterday when i called the IRCC call cent - they told me that is -- my file updated -confirming receive my signed Oath form --

ECAS (old traker) it normally show close after DM--not complete - but the new traker CST -show -(complete) after ( In progress )--

And the ECAS --still show DM not yet close ? for me Oath MAY 12 and still no any update !!!!!!!

i think this Declaration u have to sent it to CPC Sydney --- and this only in case that ur cert sent or posted and not received -- but in my case no yet sent and even update to close the -- and other hand it mention clearly in Oath email-- that in case after 6 week not got ur cert -- then...
