Canada Post will have no update for you probably. You should be contacting IRCC, not Canada post. Your package was probably delivered anyway

Same here, sent mine on Feb 13 and still shows “out for delivery”. Canada Post said it’s normal and it should have been delivered. Nothing much to do other than waiting.
