Fees through a card ,Flywire or CIBC. My bank is unable to make this Transfer in these ways

My college in Canada has indicated that I must pay my fees through a card ,Flywire or CIBC. My bank in Bangladesh is unable to make this Transfer in these ways,
however offers the option of direct Telegraphic Transfer(TT) from my account to the college.
Please let me know if this is possible.

Why do you need permission from your bank? I put in Bangladesh in FlyWire's form, and it seems like FlyWire supports all Visa credit and debit cards issued in Bangladesh. You can see for yourself: https://payment.flywire.com/pay/payment

By "telegraphic transfer" the bank employee probably meant a SWIFT wire transfer. Just ask for your bank's SWIFT code. FlyWire also supports wire transfers in USD, GBP & EUR by the way.
