Unusual reply from the IRCC after raising a webform a month ago.I requested them to speed up the process for my spouse and my daughter. The reply was like this.

Travelled to canada in the past and applied Canada visa for the second time and have active US visa for both.

But for my wife its says they are processing background check. and for my daughter it reflects not applicable.

We got that email after raising the web form request. My friend got a different one that its actually under process.

But they are not sending the decision within an hour or a day. We can’t say anything
