We got pre-arrival same day when medical passed. Eligibility completed same day as well.

AOR : April 6th

SA / Biometrics : July 8th
Medical : July 11th

Biometrics done on 13th and showed up on gckey same day.

Medical done July 12th.

Medical passed/ eligibility completed/ Pre Arrival July 19th

If nothing specified in the SA letter , then it was processed in Ottawa itself

Chances of approval still depend on the eligibility and background completion. The case officer need to approve of your relationship. Stay patience is tough but is the reality. Keep thinking positive

I’m wondering if there’s someone in the same boat as me? We got the pre-arrival letter on May 30th and since then there have been so many ghost updates in the PR tracker. Everything else in the tracker shows ‘Completed’ from June 6. Any idea when the PPR can be sent? There’s no COPR number updated in the account

Yes, they are just allocating a COPR number. Doesn't yet tell you anything about PPR timing.
