I am a Indian citizen with H1B Visa renewal due 2024, having i797 petition approved. I dont have a TRV or visa for canada.
I have employee letter from employer and all the documentation.
I went back to India from US on June 1 and stuck in India because there are currently no appointments for H1B renewal stamping until April.
Already submitted and exhausted both emergency appeals.
Now according to CBP, During my visit to the United States, you may visit Canada or Mexico for up to 30 days and re-enter the United States

My question is -
  1. Can I renter US, via Canada as my third country now that 30 day period is passed? If so what is the process? Where to get stamping and biometrics done.
  2. What would be the ideal process and how many days would it take?
  3. How can I enter Canada on this basis and if i needed visitor visa, since it takes time for stamping for canada too wouldn't my passport would get stuck.
Let me know if I can make it more clear. Any help or lead would be appreciated, Thanks

No, you cannot reenter USA via this route, from India --> Canada ---> US. Its only between, US <---> Canada and US <---> Mexico.
