Hello All,

I received my PPR recently and found a Clerical Error in the document. My name is spelled as AMIRUDDH instead of ANIRUDDH. The same error showed up in the most recent ADR before the PPR was issued and I did submit an LoE to point out this error. The spelling was correct on my profile and all documents until this point. Now I only have a few days to submit the Passport. I have already submitted a WebForm regarding this issue. What should I do? Should I wait for a reply or should I send the Passport? I have done some research about this on this forum and others online. Some people say wait, some say send it and if the same mistake crops up in the Visa and CoPR then I should consider sending another WebForm. Some have also said that Border Service Officers can correct at the time of landing. I am not sure what to do. Any and all opinions would be very helpful. Thank you so much!

Hello,

When I received the PPR, I also included a loe, explaining the correct format and spelling of my name. But before that I also sent like 2 web forms with my passport picture information page as proof of the right name to have it verified and I would receive emails saying that the case has been received and is being looked at (something like that). The name was later fixed. Just send a loe, and proof of the emails stating that you sent web form and they received your request to clarify the names.
