The online citizenship application only asks for bio page of the passport in last 5 years. Whereas, the checklist (cit0007e-2) for a paper based application asks for all pages of the passport. Did you attach all pages of passport in the 'upload more documents' section to be safe in online application?

This is what paper based checklist asks:
"Colour photocopy of all pages in your passport(s) or travel document(s) during your five (5) year eligibility period, including the biographical page which includes: name, photo, date and place of birth, passport/travel document number, issue date and expiration date."
Thanks,

Thanks,
This is another subject, often discussed here. I applied on paper and had to submit all pages subsequently to prove my physical presence.

If you have a history of travel during your eligibility period, I would recommend all pages because sooner or later it will come up.

Thanks for your response.
Did your passport have Canadian address or address from home country? Our Indian passport has Indian address on the last page before we became PR (we never thought to get it changed) and not sure if CIC will have an issue with that
