Can I re-use panel physician's medical exam result for visitor record again for sponsored PR

Hi guys,

The title is a little confusing so I'll explain a little bit here. My parents are currently here as visitors, and they extended their stay with a Visitor Record application. They are required for medical exam and they did it back in April 2022.

Meanwhile they are also selected for sponsored PR and now the PR application is asking for the medical exam.

I tried to contact the clinic but they said if they've already submitted their medical exam for the visitor record, they are not sure if they can re-use it again as they results can't be changed (of course, but I believe they are saying it belongs to a previous profile which is the visitor record, so they are not sure if they can re-submit for PR application). The clinic wants me to call CIC but you know you can hardly reach out to an operator in CIC.

I just wonder if any of you have the similar situation? If I can re-submit the info, where should I do it? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Send a webform to IRCC saying that they still have a valid medical that they used to extend their visitor stay.

1. They need new medicals, as they are only valid for 1 year.

Yea, my parents medicals are only 4 months old

1. The OP should note the processing time is 35 months for parents/gparents so the original medical will be long expired before the COPR is issued.
