3 Year Polytechnic Diploma Equivalency in Canada

Dear Friends,

I have 3 Year Polytechnic Diploma from Board of Technical Education, Haryana completed after 10+2. So total is 10+2+3=15 Years
Question -
1. Is this will be considered as Bachelors Degree in Canada if I select ECA through WES ?
2. What is Equivalant of this in Canada ?
3. How to connect with BTEH (Board of Technical Education, Haryana) for the transcript after raising WES request ?

Try the educational credential tool on WES website. I think it will come back as diploma but not sure.
