3 Year Polytechnic Diploma after 12th - Is this Bachelor's Equivalent
Hello, I have done 3 years polytechnic diploma after 12th than admission in MCA (As Sikkim and Manipal university considered it as bachelor since it was 3 year after 12th). WES does not evaluate MCA from SMU since it was prior to 2016. If I go for CES or ICES or ICQS - Can I get ECA for my MCA...- narendermann
