Review of eligibility changed to "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."

Hi,
I have applied for study permit through general (non-sds) category on May 30th 2022.
I received the biometrics verification letter on May 31st and submitted my biometrics on June 2nd.
Yesterday (June 11th) my status on review of eligibility changed from "Processing" to "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."
I have not received any request for medical exam which I believe is compulsory for my country (Pakistan) and I haven't submitted any police clearance certificate so far.
Anyone here who knows how much do I have to wait for my medical request and the final decision ?
My classes starts in the second week of September and I think I have delayed my apply so I am kind of worried too.. Any suggestion or past experience from anyone will be highly appreciated..

No update mate.. I am hearing there is a huge backlog due to which there will be a delay and we may need to differ our semester.

Medical is compulsory for applicants in Pakistan. I personally did upfront medical examination before filing my sds application for visa through VFS Global . You can check their website for additional info.
