Can I submit 2 EE profile for PNP and LMIA seperately?

Hello everyone,

Need your help with something that I don't find answer to here. I have an invitation from SINP. Submitted and waiting for nomination since 8 months.

Meanwhile i was also working with another consultant for job offer through LMIA. I have received the LMIA document as well. However, this consultant is asking me to withdraw my earlier EE profile with PNP, as he will create new profile with LMIA.

Now, my question is that 'Can i create 2 seperate Express Entry profiles? 1 existing for SINP and another new with LMIA document. Both consultants are seperate. And i don't want to lose my SINP profile in case LMIA is not legit.

I have similar question. I created my EE profile with a profile number earlier this year. My attorney created a profile on my behalf later with a different profile number. I don't see EE profile created by attorney in my account. Should I delete and only keep only one profile (most likely attorney created one)?

You are only supposed to have one. So either you should delete the one you create or the lawyer should delete theirs.
